Beyond its history in the vegetable business, d’aucy Group has developed its egg sector, whose products are chiefly marketed to the food service industry and for export, but also to value retailers via the Ferme de Kervenach. That farm is responsible for packaging shell eggs before they are marketed under its brand name.

The Group, with its 100+ farmers and 3.6 million laying hens, is involved at every stage along the value chain (production, packaging and prepared products), offering guaranteed quality and traceability in all its products.

The complete control of the sector, from farm to table, along with compliance with ISO 22000 (the international food safety standard) and a quality policy that includes technical and health monitoring at the time of collection, guarantee that fresh and extra-fresh eggs will be used to create our egg-based products.
